Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines is the first airline company in Guangxi Province. It has 8 E-190 airplanes now. The company will have A320 airplanes in August, 2016.

Explanation of annual leave For low season: 14 days at most per month. For peak season (Jan, Feb, Jul, Aug): 11 days at most per month. SIM Training Period: 5 days at most per month. There should be at least 7 days between the first leave and the second leave. Start from the 15th of the month, work for one consecutive month and rest for one consecutive month Star from the 15th or 16th of the month, work for consecutive half a month and rest for a consecutive half  a month Work for consecutive 42 days and rest for consecutive 14/21 days
Overtime pay 240 USD/ hour
Traffic allowance 1,000 USD/ month
Sick leave 5 days per contract year
Travel bonus 12,000 USD/ year
No-base allowance 1,000 USD/ month
Annual bonus 1st contract year: 12,000 USD; 2nd year contract: 18,000 USD; 3rd contract year and following years: 23,000 USD
Loyalty bonus After working for 3 contracts years for GX Beibu Gulf, from the fourth year, pilot can have 5,000 USD at the end of every service year
Insurance Employer’s liability insurance, health insurance and insurance for loss of license
Children’s education welfare 1,000 USD/ month for children studying in mainland China
Instructor allowance  A class instructor: 500 USD/ month, B class instructor: 1,000 USD/ month
